If you’re experiencing a technical issue with a product, you're encouraged to contact the Vendor who made the product, as they will be the most knowledgeable regarding issues or questions relating to the product they've created. Our independent Vendors take great pride in providing products that are high quality and easy to use, and they want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so they’re always happy to help!

Note: On the rare occasion you do not hear back from a Vendor after 48 business hours, please mail us hi@niceverynice.com and we’ll help contact them on your behalf.

Due to the nature of the digital products we do not issue refunds for the digital products once an order is confirmed and a product is sent. We can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we can’t help you to resolve the matter, or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description. Make sure to check the software requirements before you make the purchase.
